This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what is prohibited when using Kardcore (the "Service") provided by Code Blanket LLC, doing business as Kardcore. It supplements our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and applies to all users. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, feature restrictions, or immediate suspension or termination of your Account, with or without notice, and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to create, upload, store, or share content that:
Violates any applicable law or third-party right.
Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
Contains malware or other malicious code.
Is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit. We have zero tolerance for content depicting or exploiting minors and will report child sexual abuse material to law enforcement.
Promotes or incites violence, terrorism, self-harm, or harm to others.
Constitutes hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
Contains other people's personal data collected or shared without a proper legal basis.
Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your identity or affiliations.
Is deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading, or constitutes spam or unsolicited bulk communication.
2. Trading Abuse
You may not:
Make trade offers you do not intend to honor, or list cards you do not own or cannot deliver.
Misrepresent a card's identity, edition, printing, condition, grading, or authenticity in a trade or trade binder.
Use trades to defraud, scam, or launder value, or to pressure users into off-platform payments.
Spam users with trade offers, or evade offer caps, rate limits, or blocks through multiple accounts or technical workarounds.
Manipulate wishlists, binders, or matching features to harass or track another user.
Kardcore is not a party to trades between users. We may act on reported trading abuse, but completing any trade is at your own risk, as described in the Terms of Service.
3. Security and System Abuse
You may not:
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or related systems.
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
Bypass authentication, rate limits, tier limits, or other access controls or usage restrictions.
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service, including denial-of-service attacks.
Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically extract data from the Service, including card databases, pricing data, and other users' content.
4. Account Abuse
You may not:
Create accounts using false or stolen information.
Maintain multiple accounts to evade tier limits, trade caps, restrictions, suspensions, or terminations.
Share, sell, or transfer your Account or credentials.
Use bots or automated means to create accounts or generate activity.
Engage in fraudulent payment activity, including chargeback abuse.
5. Community Abuse
You may not harass, threaten, intimidate, defame, or harm other users or our staff in posts, comments, trade communications, or any other feature; engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior; or abuse our support channels. Our Community Guidelines contain additional standards for social features.
6. Commercial Misuse and Legal Compliance
You may not resell, sublicense, or repackage the Service without our written permission; use the Service to build a competing product; or use the Service in violation of export control, sanctions, or other applicable laws, or from any country subject to U.S. embargo.
7. Reporting and Enforcement
Report violations to support@kardcore.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate reports in good faith but cannot guarantee specific outcomes or response times. We have broad discretion in enforcement, which may include warnings, content removal, feature limits, suspension, termination, reports to law enforcement, or legal action, with or without notice. We are not required to monitor user activity and are not liable for action or inaction taken in response to suspected violations.
8. Changes and Contact
We may update this AUP; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: support@kardcore.com.
